Cancellation of Leaving Certificate 2020

Minister McHugh made the announcement on Friday May 8th with regard to going the route of predictive grades. This has been a very difficult decision and understandably left until now to be confirmed. Brian Mooney, Education correspondant on The Irish Times and Guidance Counsellor, wrote an article on May 8th in response to this announcement. CAO will be calculating your points based on these predicted grades. CAO as of now are still working towards Change of Mind date of July 1st 17.15. You have more time now to research thoroughly your course(s) of interest and back up options. May 14th webinar is focusing on looking at back-up options.
