Webinar # 30 looks at CAO Change of Mind. The CAO Change of Mind facility is free and is open from early May to July 1st. With approximately 60% of students availing of this facility, between May and June, parents will be an invaluable and necessary support to help navigate order of preference and be that extra pair of eyes to scan application for any errors. This webinar will help you, the parent/guardian, in this role. We will focus on the importance of order of preference, tips on in-depth research, tips on common mistakes to avoid, looking at back-up plans and keeping resilient and focused on these challenging times for Leaving Certificate students.

- 25-35 minutes: CAO Eileen Keleghan, talks about 2026 stats for CAO application, do’s and don’ts when filling in your CAO
- 35-45 minutes: Kaye Mitchell Maynooth University on key tips for using CAO change of mind and options within Maynooth University that offer students alternative pathways and provide viable alternatives and options for CAO change of Mind
- 45-50 minutes: Ruth Daly on SPPU Arts programme benefits, with a degree in Theology and Arts (options picked form MH101 Arts programme)
